1. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Show Your Fit mobile app and connected web pages. The data described below may be processed while you use workout analysis, workout records, poster creation, gallery saving, sharing, and advertising features.
Show Your Fit processes only data you directly choose or that is needed to provide a feature. We do not arbitrarily collect your entire photo library, file list, contacts, location, or similar data.

2. Data We Collect and Process
Photos and videos you select or take
Photos and videos you directly select or take may be processed to provide workout analysis, poster creation, saving, or sharing. We do not collect your entire gallery; we process only the items you choose for a feature.
Workout text, records, and analysis results
Workout-related information you enter or that AI generates may be processed, including text recognized from a photo, format, movements, rounds, results, notes, and dates. Saved workout records are stored in the local database on your device by default.
App settings and locally stored data
Settings and storage information needed to continue using the app may remain on your device, such as dark mode preference, whether you have seen onboarding, and local paths to saved posters or videos.
Device information, app events, and crash logs
App version, operating system version, device model, language or region setting, app launches and feature events, error logs, and crash diagnostics may be processed to improve app quality and stability.
Advertising-related information
Information such as ad impressions, ad clicks, advertising identifiers, ad performance data, and ad personalization preferences or consent status may be processed for advertising and measurement.
3. How We Use Data
Show Your Fit uses collected or generated data for the following purposes.
- Analyze workout: We analyze and organize workout details, such as the format, movements, rounds, and result, from a photo or text you choose.
- Poster creation: We combine the analysis result with a photo or video you choose to create a workout image that you can save or share.
- App stability improvements: We identify errors, crashes, and performance issues to improve app quality.
- Advertising: We display in-app ads and measure ad impressions, clicks, and performance. Whether ads are personalized may depend on your device settings or consent status.
4. Third-Party Services and Processing
Show Your Fit may use the external services or SDKs below to provide app features, analyze workouts, serve ads, understand app use, and improve stability. These services may process data only as needed for their functions, and the types of data can vary depending on the features you use and your device settings.
Google Cloud Functions and Google Gemini API
Used to analyze the workout photo or text you select on a server and produce a structured result.
Firebase Analytics
Used to measure events such as app launches, workout analysis starts, successes, failures, poster saves, and shares in order to improve the app and its flows.
Firebase Crashlytics
Used to analyze app errors, crashes, and device and operating-system details to improve stability.
Google AdMob
May be used to serve in-app ads, measure ad impressions and performance, and manage ad quality.
Show Your Fit does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Data may be processed where permitted by applicable law and policy when necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to valid government requests, address security incidents, or use service providers.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- An image you choose for workout analysis may be temporarily sent to or processed by Google Cloud Functions to complete the request. We do not keep analysis images long-term on a separate server.
- Workout records you enter or save, app settings, and created poster or video information are stored on your device or in its photo gallery.
- When you delete the app, its local data on your device may also be deleted. Photos or videos separately saved to your gallery can remain after deletion depending on your device policy, and you can delete them yourself.
- Logs and diagnostic information processed by external services for advertising, crash analysis, or app analytics may be retained for a period under each service's policy and applicable legal obligations.
6. Safeguarding Data
Show Your Fit processes only the data needed and seeks to use secure communication where a server connection is required. When external services and SDKs are used, data may be processed under those providers' security and privacy policies.
Please avoid selecting photos or videos that contain sensitive personal information. When using poster or Story sharing, review what is shared and its audience yourself.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- You can delete app-local data stored on your device by deleting the app.
- Show Your Fit currently does not offer account creation or sign-in, so account-based access, correction, and account deletion features are not available.
- You can change ad personalization, reset advertising identifiers, and manage app-tracking permissions in your device operating system or ad settings.

8. Children's Privacy
Show Your Fit is not designed primarily for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children who require parental or guardian consent. Contact us at the email below with related questions.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as app features, external services, laws, or store policies change. We may announce material changes through the app, website, or store page.
